As one of the top consumers of organic produce in Kansas City each week – including grocery stores – Simple Science Juices raises the bar for healthy lifestyles. Since its inception in 2015, SSJ has grown to six stores and now produces over 1,000 bottles every day. Founder and Co-Owner, Steve Spangler, hopes to educate others on the true science behind juicing and why it's more than just a fad.
