I have struggled with a painful callous for months now. I have soaked, scraped, padded and done it all. I take more Ibuprofen than I should but I drew the line on DUCT TAPE....that is, until I saw this video. I broke down and used 'Gorilla Tape' as I had no duct tape. OMG it worked immediately. I put my padded, well fitting shoe on and PRESTO no pain. I waited...still no pain. After an hour, still no pain. WTF? I am now 6 hours out, have cleaned my house, gone to the grocery store and for the first time in months, no pain! That duct tape thing is THE BOMB! Thanks so much.

Omg this saved me! I can’t believe the duct tape worked! I’ve had this small thing on the ball of my foot for two years! I stopped jogging everyday and putting a ton of pressure on it, because of this thing! I didn’t know if it was a corn or a wart because it was really small, I did the pain test and figured it was a wart. I got sick of this thing on my foot and I ordered the wart pads but really wanted to try the duct tape first, only took 4 days and it’s gone!!! It’s completely gone and I can’t believe it! I was in the tub and forgot to remove the duct tape I pulled it off and thing is gone, I have a little hole where it was. Thank you! I never would have thought of duct tape!!!😂 life saver ❤ omg!

Most individuals that had a condition similar don't realize how painful and hampering it can when I experienced my first planters wort not to long-ago I thought something was in my toe, something I stepped on? After trying to dig it out with tweezers.. After realizing it wasn't going away I decided to cure my curiosity with a trip to the hospital, a place I was really trying to avoid because of the rush with covid and such, I felt terrible wasting their time on something like that, but everyone at the hospital seemed understanding and like this doctor mentioned in the video it's like having a rock in your 👞 shoe or needle poking you... every time to take a step...
Life's to shot not to attend to the matter and you deserve a better quality of life.... thanks for the video and keep up the great work....

I'm 67 and I've had a wart on my foot for 7 years. It's been treated by a chiropodist twice. I did have three and I've been treating them myself. Two of the went away but the one stubbornly remains.

I've been in so much pain for a long time on both feet. I'm not sure what I have corn or planters wart but I scraped down as much as I could and put regular duck tape on them. So far no PAIN!! We will see...I pray that this works. This is day 2 so far so good.

I went to an NHS podiatrist yesterday. I was given insoles (which helped immediately) & exercise sheet (Yet to do). No other advice about the corns I have developed. He did mention my bones were stiff & was aware of a 5th metatarsal fracture that I experienced last year by feel. I had fractured my talus bone 2 years previously. He also suggested that my psoriasis may be related to problems I have but didn’t expand or give any advice on that. I had been deficient in Vitamin D a few years back & took supplements but I stopped as testing was being done for another medical issue & I didn’t want to skew the results. I became vitamin D deficient again! I broke my left elbow & had a right rotator cuff injury after a fall but my levels were not tested until months later! I had to request it. I now supplement myself because even though blood tests are done, deficiencies are not tested, which seems backward to me!

Hi from Australia, I have a friend who has just been to their GP for consultation re: painful and limiting mobility due to a corn and they got none of the information you have so thoroughly presented. As an ex medical person, I commend you on your passion and professional, insightful treatment of these conditions.
My friend is around 60 years young, has a cardiac condition, varicose veins, and long standing depression: So ensuring he remains ambulant is imperative for his cardiac health, and his mental health! Its a shocking to me how a Dr [albeit young] would miss the fundamentals' of treating a corn! I think I shall send the link to your video to a few practitioners for the good of their patients!!

I know someone who had a hand wart for 5 years (obtained at martial arts training from a kid who had his hands covered in them).
From age 13 to 18: all kinds of home treatments, and also liquid nitrogen (twice) at doctor's office.. the wart kept coming back (and a scar was formed on hand).
When the patient turned 18, she talked to the wart and said "now it is time for you to be gone".
Whether it was the demand or the fact that her immune system had finished developing (and was finally able to overcome the virus), the annoying wart was gone forever.

Oh my gosh this video was SO helpful and informative. I had no idea what was going on with my feet as I’ve never had problems before. I recently noticed tiny little hard bumps in the same spot on the balls of both of my feet and I couldn’t believe these were causing so much pain. I can’t even walk! I thought maybe I had splinters but not when it formed on both feet. So I researched and found your video. Now I understand the anatomy of these little warts and can get rid of them. THANK YOU. I will be following your guidance.

This video is just awesome. I haven't tried full foot orthotics before. Used gel heels for trainers and they've helped. In the process of losing weight: lost 10k so far. That helped my plantar fasciitis heal faster. Thank you for your terrific advice. 🙂

I'm not sure to this day what it was, but back when I was 16 I really jacked up my pinky toe. I thought that I had seen a splinter in it on the fleshy underside, so I bagan to pick, but I could never quite get to it, so I just left it. But once it healed over it became very hard and VERY sensitive in that spot. If it ever hit anything or got stubbed it would hurt really bad. This went on for about two months and I was just hoping that it would heal on its own.
I was getting ready to go on a trip to Orlando, Florida, to go to Universal Studios, and right before I left I decided that once I got back from the trip I would go see a doctor about it, but in the meantime I wanted to see if I could just pick at it some more a get it to go away, no biggy.
So after having picked at it and walking around in the park for an entire day I decided to see how it was holding up and holy crap. The whole underside of my pinky toe was black, so I began to pull bits and pieces away so I could clean it out a bit and go to bed. Not a week later my pinky toe was completely healed up and as good as new.
Probably the only time picking at something I probably shouldn't have been picking at worked out in my favor.

for me soaking feet in water for 2 hours plus at a time brings next day relief from severe pain due to my plantar warts. im Genuinely surprised no videos on youtube mention this. ive tried lots of over the counter stuff and soaking is the fastest relief from pain for me atleast. it has to be atleast 2hrs though.
