Raspberry Blueberry Crumble #valentinesday

Ingredients:

• Approximately 2 cups of raspberries
• Approximately 1 cup of blueberries
• 1 heaping tablespoon of cornstarch
• 1/2 cup of oat flakes
• 1/2 cup of almond flour
• 1/3 cup of coconut flour
• 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
• 2 tablespoons of agave
• 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
• 1 teaspoon of orange zest
• Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

1. Thoroughly wash and combine the raspberries and blueberries in a baking dish. Add cornstarch and mix well until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.
2. In a separate dish, combine oat flakes, almond flour, coconut flour, coconut oil, agave, vanilla, and orange zest. Mix everything well to combine.
3. Spread the flour and oats mixture evenly on top of your berries.
4. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C) until the crust turns golden brown.
5. Remove from the oven and let it cool down slightly.
6. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
