Sum 41 had a surprising announcement today - that they are disbanding even though they have a full tour ahead of them as well as a new album they will be releasing. Sum 41 is a Canadian band that formed in 1996 and is best known for their song "Fat Lip" from their best-selling album All Killer No Filler released in 2001.
