The fix is actually pretty simple, just load up in safe mode and delete an update file. The problem is most companies outsourced their IT, so they are gonna have to wait their turn for the consultant to get round them, which could take days 😂

I heard years ago the MS doesnt do Quality Assurance any more, but uses Bug reports from users instead. If thats true, you shouldnt trust MS with critical Infrastructure.
