Cool to see the hardware engineers also totally at home with webdev and AI tools as well as cloud services. Well done! Another option to perhaps consider would have been to just run the webserver on the ESP32 rather than pay for a cloud service? After all, if you're going to hook up a touchscreen display to an ESP32, chances are that you might be busy building a project for your home. Even if it was a McDonalds Kiosk, it might be useful to not have your solution be dependent on cloud? Thanks to you and your team for an entertaining video!

Great Video!
Would love to see a similar battle, but with STM32 dev kits with MQTT connectivity and/or display.

Nice! Great video! I love that logging into AWS was the hardest part :)

I love that they are using ChatGPT, but these guys clearly understand code - they make it look easy!

Interesting, mainly for showcasing different technologies. I wish one of them would have used esp-idf though, would've been nice to compare to Arduino.

I really like this kind of series, would be cool to produce the pcbs, enclosures and check the final product

Nice video! I do believe it’s the future to make use of gen AI to develop software; embedded and beyond. But as you said, only if you understand the outputs of the AI.

Just starting out with Arduino, complete noob here, looking at a few Arduino courses. They all use the Arduino IDE. I don’t want that, I like VSCode. A video on how to set that up properly and make it work would be really great. Can’t find any tutorial that teaches that…

where can one find a resource of prebuilt schematics to use for things liek joysticks and keyboards and usb charging a lithium battery ... i knwo later you end up witth things in your brain but like when youa re new you want to lego build your circuits tillyou knwo why you do allthe things .
