Integrate Multiple Buttons On a Single Arduino Port + Rotary Encoder

I was walking past a scrapyard when I stumbled upon a couple of components ready to be disposed.
A no detent rotary encoder and a multi-push-button module salvaged from a LCD television.

I thought I should show you how I integrated them to an Arduino UNO.

I will later add them (including Arduino chip) to a power supply I am currently working on.
I hope to share the process with you when I am done.
