Hi Michael I am setting up a resource loaded programme on EPPM and the max/unit is set as
2h/h.
I have 20 teams of laggers(team of 2) that work 8.6hrs/ day. So I set the budgeted unit/time as 20h/h meaning all 40 guys(20teams) can get 20 hours of work done in an hour right?
Now when setting up the S CURVE from the resource assignment, am I calculating the budgeted hours per team(2people) or per individual?
I want to be sure please so I don’t report that we need to many man or to little men
Thanks Michael
