Loved every second of this episode, at this point Luffy pretty much beated every strong character out there but all of sudden we have someone who could kill the whole crew in seconds if he wanted, the one piece world just become 100 times more interesting after this episode

I remember seeing this. And then years later when Luffy learned Gear 2, then I realized the heat coming off from his body would be match against Aokiji's ice. But nah, Oda really stretched this far. Can't wait for the inevitable rematch.

Aokiji was actually warning Luffy here about Robin and not just blustering. Robin is the only person in the world who can decioher the map to the One Piece! Aokiji was basically telling Luffy, eventually the entire World including all the pirates are going to become his enemy because of how important she is. I always assumed he meant she was a bad person, NO, shes the most wanted woman in the world and by accepting her in his crew, Luffys life would be marked forever. Wow
