If you REALLY want to make it like a real theater, you need an EXIT sign by the door that also shines onto the screen. You'll also need some tivoli lights on the stairs and the ramp that also illuminate the bottom corners of the screen, helping to reduce contrast. Then you need some person to wander into the room a couple of times during the movie with a light waving around in their hand, stand at the front and count how many people are in the room. If you play trailers, you need like 20 or 30 of them and they all need to be much louder than the movie. Make it happen.
