Unpack and swatch my little Jackson's Art Haul!

The day my last art haul video had been edited, a little art haul from Jackson's arrived... and then they had a sale on Faber Castell items too, just in time for my flying trip back to the UK!

So of COURSE I had to share these with you - and swatch them out as well!

Getting these also had an impact on my daily drawing practice - but more on that at the ned of the month!

Oh my, that cat-sitter story! It already made me cry when I saw the photo of the mess you've got in your home in your instagram story. But I can by no means believe that an agency can exclude all liability for a damage like this - no matter what they may state in their terms and conditions. At least not in the EU. To me that sounds rather dubious.

Evie, I'd be a little more than sad if I came home to a flood! You were plenty fine on the video! I love all your joyful reactions to the colors as you swatch each on and who doesn't get immense joy from your handmade pencil/art kit. It's so gorgeous! Enjoyed the swatching very much! ❤the Albrecht Druher are the absolute best watercolour pencils and more readily available open stock. I also have the Derwent watercolours but prefer my Albrecht Druher. Just my humble opinion.❤❤❤

Great haul! :) Out of Derwent Lightfast, Foliage is my fave colour, it’s a great natural sap green type colour 💚

Beautiful haul hun I have all of those pencils you have mentioned I use them in my adult colouring.. derwent Chromaflow is a beautiful colouring pencil ✏️ my list of colouring pencils is unreal I have Prismacolor Polly’s holbines lumerance Arrtx derwents I have inktense colour soft graphitint Chromaflow drawing black widows Lyra, I have so many colours I have a full set syndrome.. I have more but can’t remember the names I can’t use the cheap pencils as they hurt my hands I would love to get into sketching and colouring it in.. thank you for sharing ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊xxxx

Very sorry for the flood, so unexpected and unwanted.
With me, you might not be sure, when you get a like if I watched all way trough (I usually do yours though), because: I give a like to any video I open; if the person has gone trough the trouble drawing/ painting/sketching/ swatching, filming, editing and all, they hecking deserve a like if it picks my interest or doesn't. If I open a video, it gets a like

I didn’t see it on screen but, Derwent Pencils have a coating. You need to sharpen them before the first use. Excuse my poor English

Omg that's horrific! Can't believe the company is shirking any responsibility. They must have insurance as otherwise the sitters could do untold amount of damage! Hopefully your house insurance will cover it. You're entitled to be down 💔
