my 4790k is hot and a pain but if you actually volt it low it is a very useful cpu

actually 4790K is better cpu, they perform more or less the same. But 6700k uses ddr4 ram with higher mhz. if 4790k had ddr4 ram support than things would change

Gamers Nexus did a video of the 4790k where it shows the 6700k trashing the Devil's Canyon chip. I tried to contact them about RAM speeds and I didn't get a reply. I bought a used 4790k last summer and it did alright but later on I paired it with 2133mhz RAM and it made a difference in some game. So my question is, how does a 6700k and 4790k compare to eachother if the RAM is equally clocked on both processors to 2133mhz or 2400mhz?

only 1 game was worth the upgrade with Farcry 5 getting 19 more frames. the rest it's 1 or 2.
Depends if it's a CPU dependant game, I'm surprised with GTA though thought you'd see more outta that.
