It took me almost the whole video to realise you’re saying “solids” and not “salads”

TIP: you only need to feed repeated foods for 3-5 days if its allergy food! Doing that for everything is super outdated and if you do the maths 6 months until they’re 1 is not enough time to do that! Make sure you don’t introduce allergy foods on day of injections, wait a week after until you do since babies immune is already taking a hit from immunisations you don’t wanna stress it out even more! :)

I have two boys ( 10 and 7 years old) and now I have one little girl ( 5 months old) .
My pediatrician said I can start this month or next month when she will be 6 months old.
I decided to wait although she is ready.
I am 36 years old now, much more mature and confident mom than when I had my boys.
