Let me know if you think getting every LEGO Modular Building is worth it. If you’re building a LEGO city, buying LEGO sets such as the Cafe Corner or Green Grocer maybe something you wished you picked up.

I LOVEE the breakdown of the different modular ‘eras’ 💥 The idea of a Post Office Modular sounds SICK, 101% backing that now 😆👏🏼

Surprised the police station is at #2. I can’t get over the fact that in that set the only access to the small apartment above the donut shop is through the fire escape ladder out the back window. I think they should have at least put a door connecting it to the interior of the police station itself. This one also didn’t include the 2 technic pins on the right side for some reason. There are two in the set, but they’re used somewhere else. No idea why they weren’t included.

Despite these two issues I have with it, it’s not a bad set. I actually love the design of the actual police station itself.

I just simply pieced together Market Street and Café Corner. I bought an incomplete green grocer, it came about 65% complete. I then replaced all the missing pieces. So I now have all of the Lego modulars.

I have one modular and I decorate it for seasons, holidays, birthdays. My apartment is too small for any more 😊

Awesome video
4:03 impressive picture
4:23 looks amazing lit up, I've been waiting for this reveal for a while
The Town Hall is # 1 on my modular wish list
6:23 we do need a hospital, school, and post office
The breakdown of all the modulars and eras is great
The cameos were great

I have all of the modulars UP TO the Jazz Club. Almost all of them have had additional floors to increase height (most are 5 stories each). The Grand Emporium had 8 studs added to the escalator side and 16 studs to the other. This afforded me the ability to add built out interiors. The first floor is the cosmetics department. The second floor is women's wear and the third men's. As I am getting older I am considering selling them. Anyone interested, let me know.

Fantastic video Shy! Love the breakdown. A lot of this I did not know. I am only missing CC and MS. Can’t wait to pick those up eventually.

Middle aged dads really driving up the price of moulded plastic to levels of gold. Lego is now a dad toy

2:55 it’s not expensive when you piece it together. I pieced Market Street together, I have every single piece, and every single piece is an official Lego piece. I spent maybe $425.00 the most expensive piece were the white flexible hoses.

my fav video you've done in a long time. Well done. You spend a lot of time on these videos now. Editing is on point. My rankings are def different but you know which ones are my favs. I'd probably move a couple around in the 10-19 range, but my top 10 is pretty solidified. Nice video buddy!

Hi there, I now own every Modular except 3 + tudor corner (Not mentioned in this video), But MY favorite is a close edge between the Natural History Museum & believe it or not, the Corner Garage (Did I actually say that? Before getting it, I never thought id hear myself say that), Why you ask? Natural History Museum is obvious, but why the Corner Garage? Weeellll, When i finished it, I started thinking how can this be moc'ed? Then I realized, you can remove the top two level and make the bottom "white" floor into a convenience store like a 7-11 (Remove the stairs of course) and then just put a front door on the other two levels & BOOM, you can have easy way, 2 for the price of one!
