I am skinny, not an ounce of fat on my body except my fingers. I thought it was genetics at first because my Dad had chubby hands too, but after attempting your routine I did this for 2 weeks and my fingers slimmed down alot. Thank you Dylan!

Im gonna document my progress

Day 1: 4x workout done
Day 2: 3x workout done - hands feel lighter
Day 3: 4x workout done - same as yesterday
Day 4: 4x workout done - my palm is a lil smaller in width
Day 5: 3x workout done - fingers lil slimmer
Day 6: 4x workout done - fingers def slimmer
Day 7: 3x workout done - happy with results, fingers rlly slimmer

How to get rid of chubby hands:
1.Lift weights 5x a week
2.Start rock climbing
3. Keep your hands busy. Do dishes, play sports involving a lot of hand movements etc.
4. Invest in hand grips.

I did these exercises last summer and i'm telling you guys now so you don't waste your time, YOU CANNOT SPOT REDUCE FAT! I have stubby hands due to genetics and it'll never change no matter how much exercise I do. IF you're over weight you have to lose weight all over to see results in your hands.

.... I have doing these excercises for my chubby hands without even realizing (i dont really have chubby hands, its veiny but i wanna make it look even better)

When you interlock your fingers and push it I did it for a week every day and it made my fingers feel boneless and stretchy it also made the veins on my hands dissapear. It didn't really make a difference and it just made my hands feel weird
