When we say February, we don't just drop the first R, we add a W, so we actually say FebuWary 😀

I don't know if this is a regional thing, but as someone who grew up in Ohio, and lived in New York and California, I definitely pronounce the "r" in both "surprise" and "February." In the case of February, I pronounce it something like "Februhrary, " not "Feb-ew-ary."
