I remember back in 2015 when you guys were filming small projects at your home by Aaron's parents. I never dreamed back then that you guys would grow your business so big. I really started feeling the growth after the first purchase of big piece of property on the other side of the hayracks. That's when I thought, man this is really going to grow into a big business!! God has blessed this business so much because you guys are blessing so many of us around the world. I'm so happy and excited about this journey.

Since Ken is always looking for ways to streamline packing and such, there are two things you could look into for a more eco friendly filler and wrapping option (I know Laura is mindful of this)! One is a Cardboard shredder/perforator from Whitaker Brothers. It transforms used boxes into void filler. The other is Geami Wrap which is a paper wrap that eliminates bubble wrap and is recyclable and even COMPOSTABLE! I use both in my pottery business so they definitely secure and protect fragile items wonderfully while reusing materials in ways outside of just recycling. Reusing can be super cost effective especially since shipping materials are so expensive.

A tree planting day is always a good day. Diversification of your business through the warehouse is a sound decision. Trust me when I say that happy, loyal and independent staff is a true blessing. Our staff have all been with us for 25 years. I think Samantha cruising on that JD tractor reminds me so much of her Mom and Grandma Susan - made me smile. Enjoy your day, all!
