Victoria Ibezim-Ohaeri, Lagos based, is an SXSW 2013 honoree, Desmond Tutu Fellow, and Harvard University alumni. 
She is the founder of Spaces for Change; a non-profit organization that conducts cutting-edge research and advocacy concentrating on strategic sectors such as urban governance, gender inclusion, energy policy, and defending the civic space.
