Hi Dr Sam. Your videos have provoked much opening. I am finally admitting to myself that I am a Narcissist, and analysing the good and the bad sides. I do really fantastic work with groups of people, I organise and inspire and the base of my work is gardening, good health and real ecological practice and culture that I develop, formalise and teach. I have literally taught thousands of people a form of positive culture that I had to devise and write myself. I have a solid world view because people want my opinion on other stuff too. With nearly any person I can have a good and fulfilling relationship, either in business or work or friends that have similar interests. I have many long term friends who I love nd who love me. ..and then....there is the couple. The couple is the same fucking disaster every time because of the trauma that is the root of my narcissism. So i decided to become a "monk", and quit sex and women. And that made women come in droves. I thought I could sell my body for a night with an organic breakfast or something, and i didn't last long before I got hooked up (with a borderline narcissist who's husband killed himself) and I got to live something of a mirror to let me know how badly I had ended up treating women all my life and I have lost all social life and work and reputation and the lot. I quit my wife 2 months ago, and today I had an opening back to the great person I was before..and this phrase came to me....

Great with the many, shit with one.

So there it is. Narcissists can have a role because of the energy and the charisma that comes from masking the wound, but we should all be as useful as possible and dedicate ourselves to the community, and remain celibat.
