This video was very insensitive and probably something you should’ve kept to yourself. It’s extremely rude to insinuate that someone has no personality just because they’re shy. Being shy also doesn’t mean that a person is scared to show who they really are, and it isn’t something you can just stop overnight. Plus, have you considered that they may just not want to talk to you? Not everyone will and that’s ok. It doesn’t mean that they have walls up or are “hiding who they are.” I personally have no interest in getting to know random strangers on a deeper level, and they probably feel the same.

Your very negative when it comes to shy people. You are impatient and want everything to be just given to you by the looks of it you don't like building friendships. The foundation of one is building it through time, and shy people and people who are the shyest are actually the most genuine people you'll ever meet. Its actually people like you who can often times be cold and distant not wanting to know someone just because you don't understand them. Obviously you said it yourself "I know you guys have issues" if you know it so what? You don't know why they are being shy there's many reasons for every unique individual. You also sound angry at the fact that you feel like you are straight up and genuine and people don't praise you for that vs the shy person does nothing and they are well liked for doing nothing at all and are more approachable and liked. Within time you'll see that this video was not something to be uploaded but more of a private video for yourself to analyze and see your own problems. Pride vs humble. Often times Pride is loud and fake while humble is quiet and true. Education is Key.
