Assignment: Mar 25, 2024 at 8am - May 8, 2024 at 11am
Use the EOS Nomad Software, and all techniques we've discussed in class, to record lighting cues set to music. Cues should be dynamic, lighting should support the changes in the music. Consider all of the tools at your disposal, intensity, color, angles, size, texture, rhythm, timing.
Use the file below to complete the project. Details/expectations listed below.
Console Setup:
-Create a minimum of 5 groups, labeled. If you find it helpful to create more during programming please do so
-Create 3 Macros to aid in more quickly recording your Palettes
-Create a minimum of 10 "By Type" Color Palettes (more if desired/useful)
-Create a minimum of 5 Focus Positions (more if desired/useful)
-Create a minimum of 10 "By Type" Beam Palettes
-Create a "Home Preset" and direct the console to use it in the "Settings" area of the console
-Create a Sub that turns all of the lights in the plot on at full, map the sub to fader 1 and Exclude it from being recorded in cues

-Establish a working connection between your Cuelist and an Event List
-Use an Event List and Timecode to automate playback of your cues
-Use the Timecode Macros to more easily work with the Event List, including to reset internal time, and trigger events with the internal clock
