Chris: Thank you for a super presentation. So helpful. You commented that you prefer a document/record marked Exh 1 to remain Exh 1 throughout all depositions. Makes sense and avoids confusion. Do you carry this logic into Trial Exhibits? Should Depo Exh 1 be Trial Exh 1? Or does Depo Exh 1 become Trial Exh 20 to relate to an order of presentation? Would this create more confusion or less? Could confusion be remedied by explaining briefly during opening statement the reason for the numbering sequence and order of presenting exhibits?
