Virtual Mock Deposition using an exhibit presentation specialist to help manage the meeting technology and the presentation of complex exhibits. Trial or exhibit presentation tech is using TrialDirector to quickly navigate to key exhibits, zoom in on specific areas and highlight key material to speed up the deposition process. Using the Zoom videoconferencing platform, in this view, we have setup the optimal screen arrangement for the the attorney to see both the exhibits and the witness with a split screen. The attorney can focus on deposing the witness, while the exhibit tech focuses on the exhibits based on the attorney direction. During the deposition the court reporter would be sent the actual exhibits used for markup for the record. After the deposition, separate full screen videos of both the witness and the exhibit presentation would be available for synchronization and future clips in lieu of testimony or impeachment.
