Yessir two is super nice. I feel like one to failure could leave some gains on the table, but two is guaranteed to milk everything. I usually have nothing left to give in the third set so there's no point.

Bro i started noticing hard difference if u flex and hold for 10-15 seconds it really get the blood flowing where you want it

I love this training method, but I think more classic exercises are better. Barbell presses, rows, pull ups, barbell squats etc

Just a tip: If you are training for hypertrophy failure is fine, if your goal is strenght do not train to failure.

You are doing a second set which, as Mke Mentzer stated, is the biggest mistake you can possibly make. Because for whatever little additional growth stimulus you managed to obtain, you have now caused a 100% increase in the volume of the exercise, making for twice the end road into recovery ability.
