Why is everyone being so rude in the comments? She knows she's overweight. She is working on it. Nobody loses weight overnight. A change in lifestyle takes time.
Everyone has struggles. Just because hers are visible doesn't mean you need to point them out and be cruel about them.
I'm glad she was able to find a dress that makes her feel beautiful for the Golden Globes.

Here's what I think: Does she need to lose weight? Yes. Is she? Probably at some point, if you follow "This Is Us." She sure as hell isn't going to so long as Kate's character is fat. This is her livelihood. However, are random comments on YouTube going to make her lose weight? Absolutely not. A girl that size has probably gotten her fair share of comments. She's going to lose weight on her own time. Also, people who say she's hot and "slay" are just lying. You know it's not true and she knows it's not true. Trying to make everyone beautiful doesn't work. It just adds to the problem, it puts more weight on the value of being pretty. Pun intended.

..this woman is very pretty.. but she does look uncomfortable while trying on the dresses and being on display.. I don't think she was prepared for all the publicity she's getting since the show blew up.. and then these cruel and demeaning comments.. I hope she doesn't read them..
