God bless Edward.

Was still thinking why did he choose to make a minimalist, sort of simpler, dish for finals. It all made sense now. Linking back to earlier episodes on his 1-1 challenge, he said he wasn’t looking to ‘win’ anyone. He said he was in competition with himself. And he put his name on it very well, on the final challenge - with a dish he used to cook w his mom. And for that, he has indeed won his own race.

I was so mad he didn't win Culinary Class Wars, I turned off the show . . . but then I went back and finished watching later. He cooked the most amazing things!

Now this makes sense why he made left over Teokbokki in his last and final dish as that was a dish they can put their name on. Love Chef Edward's passion for cooking 😍

This man is the definition of pure class. THIS is the type of role model we should want for society. He's got talent, love, and humility. What else do you want?
