Norman Finkelstein received his PhD from the Princeton University Politics Department, and is best known for his research on Israel and Palestine. The situation in the south of Lebanon is completely different from what this man is talking about. All the civilians have fled and the Hezbollah members no longer have the possibility to hide behind them. On the ground, the real disaster is for Hezbollah members, not for IDF soldiers. Hand-to-hand combat is rare because Hezbollah members also flee.
