I read like a lunatic for 6 or 7 years every book about business, health and relationships. When I wasn't reading I was listening to book summaries at the gym, while falling asleep, while driving etc. People thought I lost my mind, they thought I was crazy. I was super atheistic all my life not because I wanted to but because I consumed a lot of TV in the 90s, all of which pushed a heavy atheist narrative through comedy, when you combine comedy and an ideological belief you can manipulate anyone. Anyways fast forward to now, I realise that the book of Proverbs is basically all you need to read to summarize ALL business and relationship books. It's incredible how complex some authors make their books out to be, some of the stuff I read was almost like rocket science, only for me to read the core message of that book in the bible, beautifully summarized in plain language in 1 paragraph. Since I started reading the bible my business skyrocketed, I'm overwhelmed with the amount of clients we have now. I now understand why there is a church on every street corner. Don't let pop culture blind you, there are people in hollywood who want a dumbed down, comatose-like public.

Instead of thinking about becoming a millionaire we should be teaching people fiscal responsibility. Live below your means, invest for retirement, have 3-6 month emergency fund, save for your children’s college, pay off your mortgage (unless interest if less than 4%). Only when you have met these requirements then take risks in the stock market.
