Does Slime REALLY Work? || SLIME Tire Sealant REVIEW & HOW TO

Does SLIME tire sealant REALLY WORK? I test out Slime tire sealant on a tire with side wall punctures and nail punctures in the tread. I also walk through how to use Slime tire sealant. This tool review of SLIME tubeless tire sealant is on a lawn mower tire that really needs to be replaced. But before I do I wanted to see if this slime tubeless tire sealant actually worked. I was actually quite impressed with the slime as a product and may consider doing a long term review to see how long the Slime tire sealant keeps the side wall puncture sealed up and maintains tire pressure.

Below are links to some the SLIME products I used in the video as well as SLIME for tube tires.

I use the slime branded innertubes for my mountain bikes and I've never had a complaint. I decided to mix it up and went with the Goodyears and got a flat pretty quickly. Went straight back to slimes

Good video. Saw another one comparing a few different flat tire fixing products, and slime seemed the best.

Great review man, I've got to try that out on my smaller tires. I wouldn't put that on my truck unless it's an emergency.

My big brother had slim I put in my bike tire. It sucked and did not work. Thanks for the video.

It works to an extent. Depending on hole size and location. Sidewall holes have a slim chance of anything fixing them.

Great video thanks brother. Well I hope you are the one who replaces the tires. I don't like that type of valve core remover there is a reason they are cheap. I don't mind them I just fumble a lot with them. I have two Mac tools regular size and the one for heavy equipment had them for many years. They look like a screwdriver but for valve cores. I don't fumble around as much with them. I don't know anything about the tire slime but I hope it works out for you. Keep up the great work see you in the next video thanks again brother

I followed directions perfectly. I added 8 ounces of Blue label Slime to my flat riding mower rear tire. I inflated it to 15 psi, and spent an hour mowing the lawn. The next morning I went to move the flat tire. I added the rest of the 16 0z. bottle, inflated the tire back to 15 psi, and ran my lawn broom over the lawn(1 hour). Today I put the pressure gauge(digital) on the same psi. What a waste of time and money. A tube would have been cheaper, and worked.

Use the plastic valve core tool after all air is removed from tire . If any air is left it will mess up that plastic tool pretty quick

I just installed this in a small car tire and it didn’t work. The leak was at the bead and the rim and I didn’t have the car running to drive it around. I pulled the tire and cleaned up the rim so hopefully that will solve the problem. If not I am gonna try again once I get the car running. HF carries the big jug like that for $16 after the 20% coupon
