I'm a bit pissed that some people rp as oikawa/ see oikawa as a weakling, being bullied by his friends.
Here, you can clearly see that oikawa has shittons of power if he can scare mad dog, and in other scenes, you see that he encourages his teammate and brings the best out of them. He doesn't get too emotional when his friends tease him or make fun of him because it genuinely is for fun and games they don't actually intend to hurt oikawa(aside from iwaizumi casually hitting oikawa).
