Sana matuloy to para transparent na din kung saan napupunta pera ng bansa. Kung di kaya ng isang state na umunlad gaya ng iba may fund naman para sa kanila. Ayaw ng mga corrupt na senador to kasi mawawalan na sila ng trabaho at perang maibubulsa. Mababawasan din ang congestion sa Manila kasi magsisibalikan na sa province once na umunlad mga probinsya nila.

If we are to change to a federal form of government it should be according to the ethno-liguistic groups like Ilokano, Tagalog, Waray-waray, Sugbuanon, Maguindanao, Sulu and many more. Also we need to acknowledge Filipino are separate ethno-liguistic group. They were originally Spanish born in the islands or the insulares.
