How to set up the Power Automate Custom Visual for Power BI

This is hot off the press,
I've only just started exploring this and I'm not a Power Automate expert (as you'll see 😄 )

In this demo I send the Power BI visual selections to an Excel file, post a message to a Teams Channel, refresh the Power BI Dataset and have an alert sent to my mobile phone.

Check out the Change Date Format step I added in the Power Automate Flow using the Convert Time step at 10:45

I'd really appreciate any comments or advice

Instead of setting up a delay, I think a parallel flow can be done with trigger "When the Excel online file is updated/changed" then "Refresh the Power Bi dataset".

is It possible to schedule "pushing" the button in other flow or automate task without manually clicking button?

excellent video, but i have one query which is puzzling me a lot . do can we make some kind of indication(like color change, or text change) when our button has run, so that user can know flow has run and he doesn't have to do it again untill next time ???

I think by bringing in the measure you're allowing the visual to see what to do with the two dimensions

great.. but why do I always have the feeling with everything new in POWER BI that it is primitive ?? :)
