As a lifelong Republican, I never thought I would be voting for a Democratic candidate for President. I'm an American first and not blindly loyal to a party, especially if they aren't true to their core values. As an American, Kamala is the only candidate that truly represents democracy, freedom, and defending the rights of ALL Americans and our allies around the world. The Republicans and Trump have been attacking so many groups in recent years including women, minorities, LGBTQ, and Muslims. True Republicans would defend the rights of ALL groups in this country. Until they go back to their roots, I will vote for the candidates that will.
