I WAS GOING THRU WATCHN VIDEOS B4 I ACTUALLY TRY THE MEDITATION.... URS IS THE 13TH VIDEO I CLICKED N BY FAR ITS THE MOST EXPLANATORY.... I LUV SHOW THE L SHAPE AS U SAY EACH SYLLABLE.... A COUPLE VIDEOS MENTIONED IT BUT NOT WITH EACH SYLLABLE.... SEEING THE FLOW MOTION WITH EACH IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED BC I KEPT PRACTICING N JUST COULDNT GET IT.... Thank you for this wonderful video. I am on day 18 and am sleeping better already. I have arthritis in my left thumb though and the finger to thumb action is aggravating it. Can I just do right hand? Suggestions?
