IoT Based Water Pump Controller using ESP32 Blynk & float sensor

In this IoT internet of things project, I have shown how to make the IoT based water pump controller using ESP32 Blynk and float sensor. This water level monitoring system will also check the water level in both the overhead tank and underground water tank and accordingly control the water pump automatically. You can also monitor the water level on the Blynk IoT app.

In Manual mode, you can control the water pump with a switch and Blynk app. The alarm will ring when the tank is full, and when the water level drop below the threshold limit the pump with automatically turn off.

Important points:
1. Set the float switch ON and OFF distance as per the water tank height.
2. Use the relay module as per the pump rating. Here I have used 30A 5V SPDT Relay (Active LOW).
3. If there is no water in the underground tank the pump will not start.
4. If the float switch wire is damaged, the alarm will ring, after correcting the connection you have to press the push button as shown.
5. If WiFi is available, you can monitor the water level and control the pump from anywhere in the world from Blynk.
6. Please watch the complete video, otherwise you may face some issues.
**Please take proper safety precautions while working with high voltages.

This IoT-based water level controller will help you to maintain the water level in the tank, also it is very useful to save energy and water resource.

Wanted to build and iot pump controller after i made my ardunio pump controller.
Will defiantly try this out
My only concerned is dry run protection since i am using open subermissible pump and the well is located around 500 meters away is it possible to add delay to check if water is coming on discharge side of the pump after around a minute to activate dry run code

Brother can you replaced floating sensor with water proof ultrasonic sensors and also add one more display to know under ground tank percentage. because in my home always water over flow form tank

Hey I have a project I'm trying to do automation for 5 10.8v valves to control 4 air driven diaphragm pumps that use float valves to control them but when activated and de activated I would like to be able to control how long the pump would run once the float is activated and how long after the foat switch is deactivated then I just have one pump that needs to run on a timer think you could modify your board you made to to work with the 10.8 v valves and I have the 3.2 tft spi 240x320 v1.0 touch screen for my digital screen I would like wifi and Bluetooth capabilities as well

In code part there are no code for ultrasonic sensors. I have no idea how to write code and compare two ultrasonic sensors code to on off command . pls make another video with two ultrasonic sensors upper and down tank with two display function
