Is 130-150 for a tier one deck a problem? I dunno man, let me just turn my head a little bit and look over at Yu-Gi-Oh, where the tier 1 decks can frequently cost 600 dollars or more, usually because of a few key cards being 60-100 bucks each for their only printing...and yeah, I'll say that 150 dollars for a tier 1 deck and less than that for a rogue/budget list is just fine, actually.
