I have been in tae kwon do for 2 years I knew chon Ji and dan gun but then I got busy so I left my taekwondo class but I rejoined it I have forgotten chon ji and my exam is soon but I learned chon ji again from you

Tried to do this from memory after a decade, and after watching this, realized I forgot the entire second half of the pattern with the forearm blocks and back stance lol.

I started teaching at a school that did not do Chon Ji because they said it was too hard to teach. I changed that real quick, I asked the senior instructor to give at least a month and the entire school would know it. Now it is back where it belongs!

I'm sorry, but this is not traditional nor correct. All the stances are too wide, and not long enough, and his hip is way too forward, so his balance is not in the center. Also his shoulders are turning with the punches (and it shouldn't). The block should be as high as his shoulders are. Also niunja sogi isn't a correct one. The weight should be above the rear leg.
