I played on 2b2t a few months back. After escaping spawn, I traveled well over 50, 000 blocks on (I believe) the northwest diagonal highway in the Nether. There was still old generation, even hundreds of thousands of blocks out in the overworld. Eventually, zombified piglins aggroed on me, and they would not chill out. It was fun, but I got bored. I don't want to dedicate time to a world where my builds won't last.
