Priceless slapstick that still makes me laugh 40 plus years later. The head-slap never gets old... just brilliant.

No matter how frequently I watch this episode, I always laugh hilariously. Indeed it is an amazing comedy! I used to think that only women use hair dryers similar to the one in this video, but come and see that Benny Hill is a very sophisticated barber, he is willing to use one also for a man in his one of a kind Barber shop.
❤😂🍷😂🍷😂❤️

😂😂😂 no barber can be as good as Benny Hill. The real efficiency that he believes in and sticks to it. Just go inside his barber shop and come out like a new man and ready to find myself under police custody as a drunk man 😂😂😂

No barber can be good without sneezing just like Benny Hill himself. Barbers must carry the nose powder in their pockets to maintain efficiency and Benny Hill is a perfect example of that...!
❤🍷 😂😂😂🍷❤️

1:11 Anna Dawson played Violet on "Keeping Up Appearances." She married the turf accountant, with a Mercedes, sauna, and room for a pony.

As a bald man, I'm glad I didn't hang out with Benny Hill 😄

Это был яркий артист, клоун, с элементами трагедии. Спасибо. Удачи.

Years go by and I can't find a Benny sketch, where he plays a singer who comes down a large staircase, accompanying the women one by one and leaving them on each step of that staircase. In the end, Benny is completely tired of going up and down.

This was a remake of a sketch that was done in normal speed (and thus took 2x - 3x as long) on his very last BBC show on 26 Dec 1968:
Jim Tyson, who played the unlucky customer at the start of the original version, died a few months before production of this show (which was Mr. Hill's 23d in production order for Thames, but 22d in airing); his role was taken in this version by Patrick Newell. Benny, Jackie, and Henry McGee all played the same roles in the 1968 version. I think the role played by Diana Darvey here was played in the first version by Jenny Lee-Wright.
