Показать описание
▬▬▬▬▬▬ ABSTRACT & BIO 📝 ▬▬▬▬▬▬
During this friendly and approachable discussion, we'll give an introduction to fuzzing, what differentiates fuzzers from each other, various fuzzing techniques, different fuzzing consumers and their different goals. We hope this discussion will help you understand why we believe fuzzing should be considered for every development pipeline, how to decide when it's right for your project, and where you might go from here.
Allison Marie Naaktgeboren
Morning! I'm Allison; I'm a Ph.D. student at Portland State University and a semi-retired senior software engineer. My current research focuses on fuzzing and the influence of seeds on fuzzing performance. My ever-patient advisor is Dr. Wu-chang Feng. In my prior career, I worked at Signal Sciences, Mozilla, Amazon, Cisco, and FactSet Research Systems. I'm part of the WomenWhoCode PDX and OWASP PDX leadership teams, the President of the PSU Security Club, and I play on a few CTF teams. Back in the dark ages, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.
