Bro, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro can take 12 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. But iPhone 14 Pro and 15 Pro can only take 10 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. Why ?
I don't have an iPhone, so can anyone please let me know if you turn ProRaw in 12 megapixel instead of 48 megapixel, can it take 12 bit photos ?
I'm curious about this because, 12-bit = 68 billion colours. But, 10-bit = 1.07 billion colours. That's a huge difference.
If iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro cannot take 12 bit photos, that seems to be a huge downgrade !

This used to work, but on iOS 18 it’s been changed so even on a replacement screen, True Tone functionality remains.

One way to spot if your iphone is fake is that real iphones often or have software updates while fake iphones do not.

Seems an easier way is to just open the App Store. No matter how good a fake is, it can't duplicate that (the icon will take you to the Google store most likely). Most Androids can't stack widgets either, so that's another giveaway.

It doesn’t mean it’s always mean it’s fake. It can be an aftermarket screen.

Unless you see a PlayStore and Google apps preinstalled by default on your "iPhone" then that's the only time you should call it FAKE.

Both are real, the one on the right isn’t using a genuine apple screen after replacement so True Tone won’t show up.

It’s because it hasn’t programmed the true tone from the original to the another display. It seems the display might be replaced

True Tone can still appear if you copy the data from one screen to another. This tricks the phone into thinking it has the original screen. Apple hates repair.

You can't say a cellphone is fake just because it doesn't have truetone...it could be that a part was replaced and it lost truetone.
