Im noticing UX design is dealing a lot with the "who, what, why's" of our equations,

from what I understand in your video,

User Journey is the WHY of our equation, why would a person gravitate towards our product / design / app? it requires more empathy and critical thinking in a sense,

where User flow is the HOW, how will this person/user navigate our app, in detail, and what are the possible routes they can take when navigating our product / design / app....
