All the three panel r been asked same questions reframing differently .viewers need to know impact of the act as well. Will it affect the working of NGO, ’s will it affect the human development & noble jobs NGo was doing. And if the allegations r thr there should be data of missuse of money in support. We need a unbiased point of view. Clearly understand that act is to bring transparency accountability and responsible administration . but need to know the impact of both on human development work done by NGO’s & on economy . Plz get the panel of diverse point of view’s . All the panels are the reiterating same things . Need to know otherside also . Plz get the frank back

There have been noticable of population of our country benefitted for whom government even do not have any plan to assist; NGo's working for disability Sector, training, rehablitation etc.

Amendment
• They must not use more than 50% of the contribution for meeting administrative expenses.  The Bill reduces this limit to 20%.
• The Bill provides that the government may conduct an inquiry before renewing the certificate to ensure that the person making the application.
• Foreign contribution must be received only in an account designated by the bank as “FCRA account” in such branch of the State Bank of India, New Delhi, as notified by the central government.

• Increasing the statutory compliance. Cost of compliance may be higher than benefit.
