Love this studio! What's your favorite part?

I like the use of those little iLoud monitors attached to the keyboard stands so when he's in front of the keyboards he hears them in front of him and just not out of the mains. Great idea. Similar to Tony Anderson where he just moves the keyboard in front of the speakers. I HATE having to hear from speakers on my left (or right) and not straight on.

Nice setup and great choice of Mic Pre’s, both Crane Song and Shelford Channels 🖤 What felt different with this home studio tour is its relatable to my setup in terms of size, furniture, lighting, and gear 🤘🤩🤘

Ah! The extra pane of glass in front of that exterior window. I’m planning to do that for my studio but I’m worried about condensation issues. Looks ok however he did it!

Fairfield pedals are called 'Shallow Waters'. They're super cool!

Almost thought i have a hearing problem everytime Robert was talking! :) Great studio but you could raise his gain a bit so we can hear what he is talking about.

Fun fact: Jeff Harris invented the reamp box, while on break during a session decades ago but the reamp box was patented by John Cuniberti which was anotehr enginner that was part of the session.

never saw Speakers angled so far in. they nearly play against each other. wonder how you get the imaging right when you nearly sit between the speakers

Something kinda different to the studios you’ve been showing us lately. Nevertheless the geezer was very interesting to listen to. Felt his vibes and how he seemed to use everything in his studio more than placing gear in just for show. Family man who makes music 🎶 and one cool dude 👊🏾

I've seen someone else use Beyer ribbon mics on acoustic but I can't remember who

He’s definitely the quietest studio owner ever! Lol. Cool studio though. Give him a little coffee!

I think that's a Hammond M2. I have an M3 and it has some switches beside the lower manual. That's keyboard for non organists.

1:02 yes Robert seems very talented, working with Bob Marley who died in 1981, 41 years ago, is a real achievment... 😉
