Hello investors, today I will be doing a quick 2-minute Coinbase Wallet Review. As you already may know, Coinbase is one of the largest Cryptocurrency companies in the world.

They are best known for their Coinbase exchange, but they also have a wallet. And that is what I am going to review today.

Many people trust the Coinbase wallet because Coinbase is regulated and licensed. Also, the US clients are protected with insurance for their USD wallets by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, up to $250 000 dollars.

The Coinbase wallet will be really comfortable for you if you are using the Coinbase exchange as well.

Why?

Because you can connect the two easily and transfer coins quickly without using addresses or any extra tags. However, you can use the Coinbase wallet to send and receive coins from friends or send them to other wallets, of course.

Keep in mind that the Coinbase wallet is a software wallet, and it is not as secure as a hardware wallet like the Ledger, for example.

However, Coinbase has one of the safest web wallets you can use. They store 99% of their assets in cold offline storage that can’t be accessed.

Coinbase wallet has a very friendly mobile app and is super easy to get started with, even if you are a complete beginner. The downside is that if you need support.

Coinbase is known to have one of the slowest support responses compared to other cryptocurrency wallets. But as I said, it is very easy to use the Coinbase wallet, so you might never need support.

Can't transfer funds from coinbase wallet to another wallet or exchange

In advanced settings you can choose an active wallet. Wallet 1, wallet 2 and so on. Can I move coins from wallet 2 to wallet 1 within coinbase wallet? If so, how do I do that?

Don’t use this wallet. Binance is far better. Every transfer on this wallet has to be on the ETH network the fees on the network are disgraceful…
