I never understood that mindset when I would see it coming from my peers.

They would complain because we had to be there for 4-6 hours. These were people who legitimately wanted to be professionals, yet they were completely unaware.

I've always tried to follow the rule:

"You are always auditioning. On stage, off stage, anytime you are in a public space, you never know who could be watching or listening."
