Getting celebs or influencers in my niche is very hard because they are just so few and far between. In this case, would you recommend going the brand ambassador route?

I can tell Rob has cleary read Robert Cialdini's book influence which each chapter is about one of these points : social proof, scarcity, reciproation etc. So that is a good book to read if you want to know more about what Rob is talking about.

I wanted to ask is it good to price above a large company when starting ?

I am starting a gym/bodybuilding clothing line which has a niche towards a certain country kind of like how you're clothing is towards rural Canada. Obvisouly Gymshark would be the massive competitor I am up against. Would it be good for me to price a fair amount above theirs ?

I would price my T shirts at £30 and tanks at £25. Gymshark price their tanks and Tshirts both at £18-22.

I thought this since price is a psychoogical judgemental heuristic people use (expensive = good) to judge quality. Only thing is I obvisouly haven't launched yet. I am still getting samples from my suppliers so I worry that when I do launch customers might look at my unkown brand and think the pricing is audacious since I lack social prrof for now.

Thanks if you respond Rob.
