So true! It’s NOT a natural exchange. Honesty isn’t always received well & I had a recruiter tell me this one time too. Also, it feels like you need to have different personalities and choose one that suits the interview you’re going for. It’s a joke, bc they end up giving the jobs to those who just tell them what they want to hear. Nepotism also plays a big role.

Those thumbnails you have for you videos are pure gold!
Needless to say, this is on top of valuable information.

P.S. I would like to specially compliment your "crash-course" video (~18 min long), which you did some time ago. This "crash-course" was my first "go-to" video, when I had to prepare for a recent interview.

Here’s the issue, there are a lot of fake people out there just trying to get your information. The bbb has an article on it

Hi, I have a question. If a recruiter tell you that the hiring manager didn’t select you for an interview, because hiring manager thinks you not a good fit. 2 weeks later, he ask to arrange an interview for the same job. Should i take it up and go for that interview?

The fact that recruiters are your "enemy" is kind of a disgrace lol
