The P.U.L.S.E. concert film (helmed by esteemed director David Mallet) will be available as 2x Blu-ray and 2x DVD deluxe box sets, with the video footage having been expertly re-edited by Aubrey Powell/Hipgnosis from the original tape masters especially for The Later Years release in 2019. The packaging artwork is designed by Peter Curzon from StormStudios, under the direction of Aubrey Powell/Hignosis.

This release also sees the reintroduction of the iconic pulsating light as per the original 1995 CD release, this time operated by 2 replaceable AA batteries. P.U.L.S.E., originally released as an album in 1995, was recorded on the European leg of the Division Bell tour and the DVD and Blu-Ray packages include the whole live performance of ‘The Dark Side Of The Moon’ - the only full live filmed recording of this seminal album. The concert, filmed on 20 October 1994 at Earls Court in London, saw Pink Floyd play some of their classic tracks as well as highlights from the recently released album ‘The Division Bell’. Standout tracks include ‘High Hopes’, ‘Keep Talking’, ‘Sorrow’, ‘Wish You Were Here’, ‘Comfortably Numb’ and ‘The Great Gig In The Sky’.

Might I just say that Guy Pratt absolutely rocked that menacing co-lead vocal

I was 17 years old and with my Dad on 16.08.94 in Hannover. As a young boy watched my Dad dancing and he was so happy to see David Gilmore. This was the last song. My dad is going to heaven these days and now Dad, this Song is for you. See you on the other Side.

At the end of this concert, my brother and I were blinded, deafened, and full of JOY! (And WE were just watching this on a VHS) ...😳

What can you say? Nobody but nobody could ever sound like this, play like this, or be as intense as this.

Now this is how you finish a concert. Nobody has or could ever top that. NOBODY!

That final move from David at 7:54: raising his guitar for a few seconds as a cue to the rest of the band, then dropping it, followed by the final Bang. Just badass!

This is not music, this is not a concert, this is a total experience.
Those who were not there cannot understand

It's been almost 30 years and no one it's been able to even touch the shoes of this kind of concert: music, visuals, length, everything

6:39 David avoiding the flashes, seems to be enjoying this one. Great new camera angles too, really shows how comfortable the band are at ths time.

David, Guy and Rick always seemed to have the most fun on stage while Nick Mason seems to be in a Robert Fripp-like focus trance while he’s playing.

Three bands that have had an endless impact on my life. The Who, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd. Out of them, Pink Floyd has remained a constant companion through everything. Others have said it and I will repeat it...the best concert ever in the history of the world.
