Lowkey I think this is a good debate, one thing to consider is that while he’s not faster than her lasers A-Train was able to move at a comparable speed to then to make them appear slow, whereas Starlight in season 3 could tag Soldier Boy with her blasts

See this can't be real and I was literally thinking about this after the last episode. In the show A-Train is able to pick someone up and run so fast with them that nobody around can even see him moving or detect that he even ran by. That has to be incredibly fast.

Only going by the show, but A train is able to things like open doors while traveling in speed. He blew through a body without taking any damage himself while in speed. Also when he moves we don't see him till he stops, Homelander is seen when traveling most of the time. I think he maybe faster but limited to his normal sup reaction time. Like in season one when he was searching for Translucent he was easily seen in the sky. I don't think A train could win but Homelander won't be able to catch him.
